Cloud Video Auto-Renewal Service Agreement

         Notes.

         You are welcome to use and accept the membership auto-renewal service (hereinafter referred to as "Auto-Renewal Service") provided by XeGa (hereinafter referred to as "the Application").

         Please read the "Cloud Video Auto-Renewal Service Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement") carefully and fully understand the terms and conditions, especially the terms and conditions that exclude or limit your liability, which are highlighted in bold.

         This Agreement is supplemental to, and is an integral part of, the Cloud Video Service Agreement. If there is a conflict between this Agreement and the above, this Agreement shall prevail.

         If you are under 18 years of age, please read this agreement with a legal guardian and pay special attention to the terms of use for minors.

         Main text

         Article 1 Definition and scope of application

         1. Cloud Video Auto-Renewal Service Agreement: The agreement between you and the Application regarding your use of the Auto-Renewal Service includes: the body of this Agreement, the description of the Cloud Video Service page, the Terms of Service, and an updated version of this Agreement. All documents comprising this Agreement shall become an integral part of this Agreement upon publication/public notice. 2.

         2. Auto-Renewal: A renewal method that deducts the cost of the Service from your iTunes account for the next subscription period 24 hours before the Apple subscription period is set to expire, in response to your request for automatic renewal.

         3. This Agreement applies to you and the Application, and you and the Application shall strictly abide by the contents agreed upon in this Agreement.

         (1) If you do not agree to any of the terms of this Agreement, you shall immediately stop opening the auto-renewal service.

         (2) If you have completed any operation that indicates your agreement to all or part of the terms of this Agreement, including but not limited to clicking the "Buy/Renew Now" button, "Go Pay", "Read and Agree" button, etc. Agreement in whole or in part, that you agree to be bound by this Agreement, the Cloud Video Service Agreement, related sub-agreements, page descriptions, terms of service and rules and other content.

         (3) If the terms of this Agreement are changed or modified, the Application will make an announcement on the relevant page. If you do not agree with any changes or modifications to this Agreement, you may cancel the auto-renewal service you have opened; if you continue to use the auto-renewal service, you shall be deemed to have accepted all changes or modifications to this Agreement.

         Article 2: Opening and use of auto-renewal service

         (1) When you open the cloud video service according to the "Cloud Video Service Agreement", you can click on the buttons of "Buy/Renew Now", "Go Pay", "Read and Agree", etc. Open the auto-renewal service.

         (2) After you successfully open the auto-renewal service, the service fee for the next subscription period will be deducted from your iTunes account 24 hours before the expiration of the Apple subscription period and the validity period of the membership corresponding to that subscription period will be extended. If the debit fails due to insufficient iTunes account balance, the application has the right to suspend/terminate your cloud video service.

         (3) After you open the auto-renewal service, you are deemed to have agreed to deduct the service fee for the next subscription period from your iTunes account 24 hours before the expiration of the Apple subscription period.

         Article 3 Cancellation of Auto-Renewal Service

         (1) Cancellation method: Open "Settings" of your Apple phone --> go to "iTunes Store and App Store" --> click "Apple ID Select "View Apple ID", enter the "Account Settings" page, click "Subscriptions", and select "Cancel Subscriptions".

         (2) After the successful cancellation of auto-renewal service, it will not affect your current cloud video service, and will not be renewed after the expiration of the current cloud video service.

         (3) You understand and agree that if you do not cancel the auto-renewal feature 24 hours prior to the expiration of your Apple subscription, your iTunes account will be automatically debited. Once the deduction is successful, the amount deducted will not be refunded.

         Article IV Other

         (1) If you have any questions regarding this Agreement or matters related to the auto-renewal service, you may contact the Application by sending an email to [serivce@ubianet.com], and the Application will reply to you as soon as possible after receiving your comments/suggestions.
