         You are welcome to use and accept the cloud video service provided by Shenzhen QS Internet Technology Co.
         Before opening the cloud video service, please be sure to carefully read the Cloud Video Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement"), the User Agreement and the Privacy Policy, and fully understand the content of each clause, especially the relevant clauses in bold to prompt you to focus on the exemption or limitation of liability.
         This Agreement is supplemental to, and an integral part of, the User Agreement and the Privacy Policy. If there is any conflict between this Agreement and the above, this Agreement shall prevail.
         If you are under 18 years of age, please read this Agreement with a legal guardian and pay special attention to the terms of use for minors.

         Article 1 Definition and scope of application
         1. Cloud Video Service Agreement: This Agreement refers to the agreement between you and QVIC regarding your use of the Cloud Video Service, including: the body of this Agreement, the description of the Cloud Video Service page, the Terms of Service and the updated version of this Agreement. This Agreement shall become an integral part of this Agreement once all of the documents comprising this Agreement are published/publicized. 2.

         (3) If the terms of this Agreement are changed or modified, QVIC will make an announcement on the Cloud Video Service page and send you a notice of access in any form through QVIC's website or client. If you do not agree with any changes or modifications to this Agreement, you shall stop using the Cloud Video Service after the expiration of the current service period. Otherwise, you agree to continue to purchase, pay, and use the cloud video service, you will be deemed to have accepted all changes or modifications to this Agreement.
         Article II The opening of the cloud video service
         (1) Before you open the cloud video service, you need to become a registered user of QVIC. When registering as a user, the content you fill in must be true and accurate, otherwise QVIC has the right to terminate your cloud video service without refunding the service fee paid or providing any form of compensation/compensation.
         (2) When you apply for the opening of the cloud video service, you should pay a certain service fee through the payment method specified on the relevant page of the cloud video service in accordance with the contract before completing the opening. After the payment is completed, no transfer or refund can be made.
         (3) If you open the cloud video service through payment methods other than those specified on the cloud video service page or other illegal or improper ways, the competitive world has the right to terminate your cloud video service directly without notice and without refunding any service fees.
         Article 3 Content of cloud video service, service period and fee standard
         (1) Cloud video service content: The content of the cloud video service provided by QSI Internet to registered users shall ultimately be subject to the description of QSI Internet's cloud video service page. The service content may be adjusted from time to time, but the aforementioned adjustment does not affect the cloud video service already opened in the current period. QSI will notify or announce the adjustment on the cloud video service page. If you do not agree to the aforementioned adjustment, you should stop using the cloud video service after the expiration of the current service period. Otherwise, your agreement to continue to purchase, pay for, and use the cloud video service will be considered as your agreement and acceptance of the aforementioned adjustments.
         (2) Service term: the term you choose and pay the corresponding fee in the cloud video service page shall prevail, and the service term shall be calculated from the date of service opening. After the expiration of the service period, QSI will stop providing cloud video service to you. If you still want to continue to open the cloud video service after the expiration of the service period, you need to apply for renewal.
         (3) Charges: The charges shall be based on the charges announced on the cloud video service page. QVIC may adjust the charges for cloud video service according to its own business development needs, but the aforementioned adjustment will not affect the cloud video service already opened in the current period. GSI will notify or announce the adjusted rates on the cloud video service page. If you do not agree to the aforementioned adjustment, you should stop using the cloud video service after the expiration of the current service period. Otherwise, your agreement to continue to purchase, pay for, and use the cloud video service will be regarded as your agreement and acceptance of the aforementioned adjustment.
         Article 4 The use of cloud video services and restrictions
         (1) When you use the cloud video service, you shall comply with the requirements of national laws, regulations and policies, and shall not send or disseminate illegal or uncivilized information; shall not engage in acts that violate laws, regulations, policies and public order and morality.
         (2) The cloud video service and related rights and interests are for your personal use only and may not be lent, transferred, given or sold.
         (3) You can check the details of your account information at any time by logging into the mobile client, including the service content, service period and service fee amount, etc. User account is an important identification for you to access the services, please keep your account name and password properly.
         (4) You acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for all actions under your user account, including any content and information published by you and the corresponding legal responsibilities and consequences arising therefrom.
         (5) If you have any violation of national laws, regulations, policies, or violations of this Agreement, QVIC has the right to terminate your cloud video service directly without notice and without refunding the service fees you have paid. If your illegal/breaching behavior causes QVIC or the third party to suffer losses, QVIC has the right to take all legal means to make claims.
         Article V. Terms and Conditions for Minors
         (1) QS Internet Company pays great attention to the protection of minors. If you are under 18 years old, you must get the consent of your legal guardian when opening the cloud video service.
         (2) If the guardian agrees to the minor's access to the cloud video service, the application must be made in the name of the guardian. QVIC reminds guardians that they should reasonably guide and supervise minors' internet access and consumption behavior, and that minors exercising and performing their rights and obligations under this Agreement are deemed to have obtained their guardians' approval.
         Article 6 Others
         (1) If you have any questions about this Agreement or matters related to the Cloud Video Service, you may contact QS Internet through www.ubianet.com (Customer Service Center), and QS Internet will reply to you as soon as possible after receiving your comments/suggestions.
